Bitwine.com Adivsor Jamey 75771 - LEAKS personal information. and their advisors talk about exchanged private information about their clients

Bitwine.com is a psychic advisory service for which I am finding increasing red flags the more rocks I turn over.

As you will see from my other blog pages, I initially started looking into bitwine.com due to the experience of a friend for which one of the advisors defrauded him of US$157.30 and then tried to extort US$6226 from him.

I have just found new information that is VERY VERY concerning. That is, anyone who uses bitwine.com risks that their information will be:
  • Passed from "advisor" to "advisor" without the clients permission or awareness
  • "Advisors" communicate with each other behind the scenes using social media risking information entering the public domain
Yishai started a thread on the bitwine.com forum detailing some of the basics about the extortion of a socalled psychic calling herself Scarlett with a profile of:
"Love Therapist (psychicwhitts)". The profile can be viewed here: http://psychic.bitwine.com/psychics/389894-psychicwhitts

The thread has since been deleted by bitwine.com, and Yishai suspects that "Jamey" has had a hand in this deletion. I have written about the thread here:
http://bitwinescams.blogspot.com.au/2016/12/bitwinecom-scam-deletes-threads-that.html

The really concerning thing for me is that as I have investigated this, I have only been able to confirm Yishai's suspicions that Bitwine itself is likely part of these extortion scams of its advisors.

I have to say, initially, I thought that Yishai was just being emotional, however, now I would put money on it. Especially when it appears that bitwine.com itself receives 25% of all monies paid to the socalled "psychics".

Well, I have been doing some research and I believe in all likelihood Yishai is on the money with his guess!

Jamey, psychic 75771, it turns out appears to be a key player in the racket if a report on http://www.ripoffreport.com is anything to go by.

You will see in my blog talking about the thread Yishai started on bitwine.com that they have deleted, that is certainly appears that the (fake) psychics can prevent a client from leaving feedback.

If that actually is the case then the feedback scores are unable to be used as a guide to choose one of their "psychics". It would make sense to allow some unsatisfactory and satisfactory reviews through where the content was not too indicting, to give the appearance of honesty, however, restrict any brutally honest reviews.  I suspect this is exactly what bitwine.com does.

As to the leaking of personal information, the full report is at http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/bitwinecom/new-york-new-york-/bitwinecom-leaks-personal-information-and-their-advisors-talk-about-exchanged-private-in-1006508  however, I will share some of the key comments here with you. Be alarmed if you have ever used bitwine.com!

Although it seems evident that the scam ring of this organised crime, involved with bitwine.com itself, involves their senior and recommended advisors, and that the owners of bitwine.com itself are likely involved due to the seeming extent of the frauds and subsequent cover-ups.

The particular "psychic" this ripoff report deals with pertains to "Jamey" whose profile is viewable here http://psychic.bitwine.com/users/75771-jamey

Have a look at some of the comments from this victim:

Be careful guys, Bitwine advisors LEAK your personal information. The advisors have a forum on facebook where they exchange scripts and personal information of their clients.. Esp, Jamey
the fact that YOU shared my name on an OPEN forum just showed how "confidential" our sessions were.
Jennifer "the manager of bitwine" is friends with the psychics on bitwine.. including Jamie Seer The Voice. God
She leaked and revealed my real name in their advisors only forum and bitwine did nothing about this and she still gives "readings" on the website
I discovered this and reported the advisor to bitwine and I got banned from the website..
also be careful the transcripts WILL stay in their database.. They REFUSE to delete them because of the "laws.". lol so just be careful when you use this website as they may leak your personal information to other people without your consent.
You guys made "predictions". On your page it says that "predictions that do happen.". NONE of your predictions came true. I had every right to question your integrity.
Stop calling yourself psychic or Seer's voice, Jamey. You are nothing but uneducated soccer mom who preys on people's weakness.
You people are nothing but uneducated people who give people cold reading and SCAMMING our hard earned money.
What you and bitwine do on daily basis is just scam people. that's why you people have "the only for entertainment purposes only" disclaimer.
Be smart people. and more importantly. Bitwine and Jennifer are ignoring my emails in regards to this situation. I guess as long as "psychics" like Jamey making money for them and bitwine get the 25% cut. who cares if the clients are the victim. Jamey clearly stated my name in an open forum.
Anyone who has had any experience with scammers will know that one of their first defenses is to accuse the victim. In this case Jamey accused the victim of performing illegal activities, of course it appears to be projection. At least on ripoff review the victim is able to respond:
You accuse me of doing illegal activities when you yourself leaked my personal information.
People like you who can't find real job are good at what you do. LYING and SCAMMING people..
Unfortunately for this victim, paypal ruled in favour of the seemingly fake psychic. Take this as a warning anyone considering bitwine.com, the money back guarantees of the "advisors" mean absolutely nothing.
Paypal ruled in your favor because paypal cannot actually investigate if your predictions did happen or not. as long as you showed them the transcript. and you did give me the reading. and I claimed it wasn't as advertised. because it wasnt. it wasnt accurate or real.
YOU SCAM PEOPLE.
Despite the rebuttal from "Jamie", unlikely to be her real name, this particular victim does at least have some backing to his claim.

Personally, if I was ever going to consider a psychic, which I am not, and I doubt will, this group of people in the Bitwine.com facebook group would be my first choice to stay the hell away from!

In looking at information on bitwine.com for a friend I found the below review. Not impressive:

Unfortunately, one glance at BitWine.com is going to end up making you cringe. This site is incredibly dated looking, and it’s not something that you want to spend cash on.

It’s not appealing.

For newbies trying to get their footing in the psychic reading world, this is a site that’s only going to really deter them. There’s nothing about it that screams reliable.

Because of its looks, this site doesn’t get a lot of traffic, and obviously, it’s not exactly the kind of site that any professionals are going to want to spend their time around on.

This is the kind of site that psychics go to die on, unfortunately. It’s not at all appealing to those that are actually looking to make a living with their psychic reading.

These Numbers Are Sad

Our BitWine review was a disappointing one, and that’s because there’s just not much to this site. The numbers we collected really did end up proving that to the nth degree.

It doesn’t stand out.

overlay BitWine pic

Why waste time with lesser sites? Our top online psychic reading sites are lined up and ready to go here.

Our review quickly revealed that there’s just not much to their screening process. Basically, anyone with a profile picture and some information can sign up to work here.

This means that your’e probably going to end up with a lot of amateur psychics that aren’t entirely sure of what’s going on, or any real specialist techniques that are available.

This means that we could only end up rating this site’s screening process as a 4 out of 10 overall. It’s simply not good enough to warrant any other kind of scoring.

It doesn’t get better.

As a part of our review, we really looked into how many different psychics were available on this site at any given time, and unfortunately, there’s not much selection to be had.

Because of this, we were only able to rank this site a total of 4 out of 10 for available psychics, which really goes to show that a lax selection process doesn’t mean a large number.

They also just don’t have reliable customer service. It’s very hard to get in touch with the staff, and that’s why we could only rank this site a final score of 3.5 out of 10.

Features That Are No Good

Our BitWine rating didn’t really yield any more positive results as time went on. We really did try to dig into this site to see what it had to offer, but there wasn’t much at all.

It’s out dated.

A very dated psychic reading site isn’t going to end up bringing a lot of new crowds to the fold, or any professionals that are going to be interested in working there.

This is why this site ultimately is dying. They have a lot of really old articles that you’ve seen at least a million times on the Internet, and that’s why it’s just not worth it.

We found ourselves immediately bored whenever we were digging through it, and that’s why most of the professionals end up leaving, too. They know it’s nonsense.

It’s just no good.

This site’s pricing doesn’t reflect the quality that you’re going to get. They’re going to end up charging you a total of $2.80 per minute for their live chat services.

This number is obviously pretty ridiculous, especially when you consider you’re only really getting amateurs on this particular site. It’s just not good enough for you.

Their accuracy really has suffered because of this, too. Our final rating with that in mind was only a 3.5 out of 10, and it doesn’t seem to be on the verge of improving.

These Links Aren’t Great

Their client interface is something that you won’t find easy to use: http://bitwine.com/user/greeting

Their forums are more or less dead, so don’t waste your time: http://bitwine.com/community_forums

Honestly, their shop isn’t stocked at all, so skip it if you can: http://bitwine.com/shop

BitWine.com: Not The Top of the Line in Online Psychic Readings

There was nothing about BitWine.com that we wanted to end up coming back to. This is a really dated, boring site, and it really looks like it’s needed an update for a decade.

Skip this one.

Our review just went to show us that there’s nothing about this site that you can’t get anywhere else, but better. They don’t have the numbers to support larger crowds.

Their selection process is really questionable, and their numbers aren’t at all reliable. You’ll have a hard time scheduling regular meetings with psychics on this site.

They might have a money back guarantee, but it’s very hard to get into touch with customer support, so it might be a serious challenging getting that cash back.

Forget about it.

Instead of wasting your time with a site like this one, you should be checking out our number one site for psychic readings online. That site is Kasamba.com, and it rocks.

With our number one site, you’ll quickly be able to see how reliable readings can actually be. With a real psychic, you’ll see a huge jump in the quality of your readings.

You deserve the chance to have a reliable psychic guru that you can trust in. That’s what our number one site can help you find, so make sure that you check it out.

Bitwine.com SCAM deletes threads that expose fraudulent psychics

Bitwine.com SCAM deletes threads that expose fraudulent psychics

As I stated on the first blog on this site, a friend of mine has been defrauded by a so-called psychic on http://bitwine.com, a service for people seeking the assistance of psychics.

Bitwine also has a forum http://http://psychic.bitwine.com/community_forums with a section "Ask a Psychic!"

Yishai did post into this forum the account of what transpired with an alleged psychic calling herself Scarlett Whitts who has extorted US$157.30 from Yishai and has attempted to extort a further $6226 from him. However, although other psychics and customers were appalled at the treatment of Yishai and other customers had reported similar occurrences, bitwine has deleted or suppressed from view the entire thread.

Yishai had taken screenshots and details of most of this so I am glad to be able to reproduce what he has here. There were further comments that Yishai had not since captured that only bitwine will have a record for.

However, the point is that bitwine.com seems to be supporting fraudulent charlatans but covering up their fraud.

Yishai has told me that he is also unable to leave any review for that psychic. This means that if any customers to bitwine come to the site, the reviews are useless as only positive reviews will show, and perhaps a few of the negative reviews that are not too bad to make the site appear honest.

I am not sure whether some psychics are true or not, but to my mind it means STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM BITWINE.COM.

I had seen the thread that Yishai had posted on. It WAS here http://psychic.bitwine.com/forums/9-ask-a-psychic/topics/133202 but no longer!
The socalled psychic could not have removed this, it must have been bitwine. Honestly I wanted to start posting this earlier, but was in two minds, so was holding off. When Yishai told me tonight that bitwine had deleted the thread, the money still had not been refunded, and he still could not leave a review I KNEW I had to do this.

I have asked Yishai for information on this case and he has given me full permission to use anything he has provided, so I am going to start for him by providing the information of the thread that bitwine.com has deleted, conveniently deleted for them if they are part of the fraud.

On behalf of a very genuine and honest and one of the most loving and helpful people I know, Yishai, I would like to make it now INCONVENIENT for the CHARLATANS.

The charlatan Love Therapist (psychicwhitts) profile is captured in this screenshot. It seems that the photo is fake and the account is run by multiple people (dare I say this crime appears "organised") as Yishai has voice recordings of people that are extremely different, both professing to be Scarlett Whitts.

As is evident in this photo, to anyone going onto the Online Psychic Network of bitwine.com, it would APPEAR that Love Therapist (psychicwhitts) is a good choice with Five Stars and 239 Reviews. I know Yishai enough to know that if he is anything, it is honest. Not only that but he insisted on screen sharing with me so that I would have no doubt that everything he said was true. It was not necessary for me that he went that far, however, now that I write this blog, I am glad that he did so I can share this with readers and hopefully prevent some further victims.

Yishai showed me in real time attempting to submit a review so I can show you this to you with confidence:

Although the amount here shows US$10, the "advisor" charged Yishai the bulk amount of US$147.30 directly through paypal.

Interestingly, although this was done and contravenes Bitwine.com' "advisor/pschic/reader" rules, the advisor remains on Bitwine.com and the thread of Yishai has been deleted. Suspicious?

When he tries to leave a review, and I saw him try with my own eyes, he gets from bitwine.com the "error":
"Sorry, you cannot leave a review at this time" as shown below.

He has submitted help requests to bitwine but so far they have been unhelpful in allowing him to leave a review.

In the deleted thread an advisor, likely innocent, perhaps even a legitimate psychic, by the name of "fairy.wisdom" told Yishai:
"An Advisor can block you making it so that you can’t provide a review or even contact them directly through Bitwine again."
Subsequent to the comments of Jamey which I refer to later, fairy.wisdom replied:
That’s interesting, Jamey. I was told that once someone was blocked it prevented reviews as well, so maybe I was misinformed. I’ve only ever blocked one client, so I haven’t faced that firsthand. Thanks for clarification!
So we have a "reader" that was advised that blocking a client prevents them from leaving feedback. We have a client that has experienced a restriction in leaving feedback. And you will see we then have a "senior" representative of bitwine insisting that blocking a client does not prevent leaving feedback.

Certainly, as a third party reviewing this I would put my money on blocking a client does certainly prevent them from leaving feedback.

Two "psychics" then proceeded to respond that it was not possible for a reader to block a client from leaving a review. Interestingly bitwine.com does not show any stats of total number of readings, so looking at a profile means that a potential client is unable to see if there are a low ration of reviews to "readings".

Robin - bluedragon 132271 who initially said that an advisor cannot change reviews and in a later response added to that, saying they also could not prevent a user from leaving feedback. His profile is:
http://psychic.bitwine.com/psychics/132271-bluedragon

The next person to respond was "Jamey" who I have since written about in this post:  http://bitwinescams.blogspot.com/2016/12/bitwinecom-adivsor-jamey-75771-leaks.html

This is the one Yishai revealed to me he is suspicious having a hand in the deletion of the thread prior to my researching and writing the above article.

Jamey's profile is http://psychic.bitwine.com/users/75771-jamey
I dont know about you, but as soon as I saw her profile, her picture gave me the creeps. I doubt the scammers would normally use their real pictures, but of course it is not impossible, and it would certainly fit with the leaks blog I wrote on her.
I would be interested to hear if any other readers have the same instincts regarding her profile picture.

Jamey advised the following in the deleted thread:
Just want to clear something up, there is no way we can block someone from leaving a review. Even if we block a client, they can still leave a review after spending at least $5 and they have 14 days to do so. My guess is that the OP went into the chat unregistered. If that is the case, once you close the chat window, there is no way to go back and review.
I would suggest contacting bitwine support. Once an advisor tries getting you to pay off of the site they our going against the TOS and bitwine will get involved.
The only thing blocking them does is prevents them from contacting you in chat, nothing else.
Yishai has archived the two pages of the thread at some stage so I provide them here. I dont think there is any way to 'fake' what this archive thing does!

Page 1 Bitwine.com - "Psychic" Fraud. Unable to leave review

https://web.archive.org/web/20161211114546/http://www.bitwine.com/forums/9-ask-a-psychic/topics/133202?page=2

There are apparently numerous screenshots of these pages, and every other communication Yishai had with this "advisor", but I am still waiting on these to come through from him. Once I have them I will post relevant portions of these also!

If you want to leave anything for Yishai, leave comments below and I will gladly relay them to him.

He also advises that there were some subsequent posts to those archived above, however, it seems these were made after the archive process so are lost with the bitwine "thread delete button".

I think bitwine.com is a complete scam from what I see. Time will tell, however, at this time I would be happy for them to be shut down. At the least others can be warned.

May Yishai be in your prayers. Its likely to do much more good than anything fake psychics can do.

Please comment below any of your thoughts and experiences, especially with bitwine.com or any of the advisors on there.

As Yishai would say to me, I say to you, Shalom!

Scammers on Bitwine

Bitwine.com is encouraging charlatans to fraudulently extort money from vulnerable people

Update: The thread with LOTS of information that bitwine.com deleted is here http://bitwinescams.blogspot.com.au/2016/12/bitwinecom-scam-deletes-threads-that.html

BitWine.com is a psychic service where psychics are provided a platform to sell their services online.

However it seems they have inadequate procedures to protect clients from scammers and charlatans that attempt to extort money from people taking advantage of the misfortunes others experience in life.

And when clients complain, often their complaints are ignored by Bitwine and the perpetrators are able to continue their extortions on other vulnerable Bitwine customers.

I am publishing this for someone who is an Internet friend temporarily as a placeholder as they let me know that when posting on a bitwine forum the problem it has been deleted by moderators.

I am disgusted that this would take place. That a site would actually facilitate a charlatan in committing fraud against people that are seeking help for one reason or another.

I do not go to psychics. I come from a background that believes anything psychic is either a fraud or a demon. I no longer strictly hold that view as I am now questioning my Christian upbringing.

However, what has occurred is something that I am unable to tolerate, so after hearing about the incident I am making this page for a friend, Jesse who has been a victim of fraud that bitwine seems to facilitate.

I am new to websites so this will be pretty basic, but I feel strongly that Jesse's story should be told.

Thankyou to those that wish to do what is right.

Julia
